Can we bring furniture to personalize our loved one's room?
Yes, you may bring a television or other small items that do not interfere with staff members who need to move freely about the residents' rooms to provide care. Please contact the office for approval before bringing any pieces of furniture to the facility.

If there are missing articles, what should I do?
If an article is missing, please contact the Social Service Department. We will assist in trying to locate the missing article.

How can I find out how Mom or Dad is doing?
Please feel free to call the facility and ask for their nurse. The staff will be happy to discuss with family how their loved one is doing. Our professional staff can best respond to you between the hours of 9:00 am to 11:00 am and 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

What are the visiting hours?
